Championship Checkers is a great version of this traditional board game. It has beautiful graphics, nice background music and a nicely tuned AI with multiple levels of play for fun at any level. There is also a two player mode so you can play against a friend. If you are a fan of checkers (draughts) you will love this game.

A New theme called Christmas Cookies was recently added, as well as options to turn off Force Jumps and keeping track of games per session.

The game starts on an 8x8 board with 12 pieces on each side. These pieces may only initially move and capture diagonally forwards. Only when a piece is "crowned" or "kinged" may it move both backwards or forwards. The opponent's pieces are captured by jumping over them. A player wins by capturing all of the opposing player's pieces, or by leaving the opposing player with no legal moves.

War Evolved

War Evolved places you in command as you evolve through seven unique eras. Similar to the popular online flash game “Age of War,” strategy is key to defeat your opponent. The war begins in the caveman era and progresses all the way through to an era in the future. Key technologies include rock throwers, spitting camels, jousters, gun-wielders, tanks, helicopters, and space-age jets. War Evolved allows you to take control of more than just ground units – you are able to battle your opponent in the air as well in EVERY era.

War Evolved offers a challenging artificial intelligence with four different levels of difficulty. The results of each war are recorded both on a local and global score board so you can see how well you compare to the rest of the world. Facebook also is integrated so you can compete against your friends. However, if the challenge doesn’t seem personal enough you can take your battle over WiFi. This allows you and a friend to play on separate devices to determine the better War Evolver. If you don’t have a second device, you can play together in a local two-player game.

Other features include a special attack called Shake for Quake. Shake for Quake triggers an earthquake when you shake your device. This earthquake will then kill a random number of your opponent’s units.

Need a little boost? Upgrades can be utilized to increase the strength of selected units. Struggling on defense? Ground and air turrets can be created to provide your base with extra protection.

For longer battles, the game will automatically save your progress so you can continue where you left off. For the cheat mode, enter your name as CHEATER to display your cheating options.

Your email, on your iPhone. Instantly.

InstaMail allows you to add push email functionality to any of your regular email accounts.

With a push account you don’t have to check your emails regularly to see if you received a new email. The push service notifies you automatically whenever a new email is received. You get a notification on your screen with the email headers (sender, receiver, subject) seconds after you receive it. If you decide you want to read it, you can go into your regular email client.

Many email servers don’t have push functionality. And to add it to the server usually costs a lot of money. But every email server has a forwarding option. By simply forwarding a copy of your emails to your account at instamail.me you add push functionality to your email account.

And InstaMail works with more than one email account. You can add up to 10 email accounts for which you want to add push functionality. Every notification contains also the receiving email address so you can easily see for which email account you got the email.

InstaMail has also filters. For each email account you can define for which email addresses you want to be notified. If you have a high traffic email account and only want to be notified for a couple of senders, just add those senders to the filters and InstaMail will only send notifications for them.



First you have to create our account@instamail.me to which you will forward your email accounts. Make sure you forward just a copy since we don't store the emails received. The emails are used just to generate notifications. They are not saved on the server.

After you create your instamail.me account you can add up to 10 email accounts from which you want to receive notifications. This works like a filter, making sure you don't receive spam emails from different accounts.

To log back into the application you have to use the username, password and email address associated with your account. You will not be allowed to sign in if you don't provide the email address you used when you created your account and you will receive an error if you use another email address.

* Forward emails from a qmail server: edit your account's .qmail file and add a forward line. Your .qmail file should look like this:
